Description: Answering incoming calls and/or managing chat and/or managing video chat for tax and accounting software/apps.
Work from home! Create your own schedule within reasonable business hours. All positions start out part-time. Starting pay is $10 an hour with potential raises per 90-day review (begins after training). Paid Training is online and lasts a few weeks. The short training schedule is not as flexible as your work schedule, so please be sure you can attend all training sessions before committing.
This is a W-2 Employee position – not a contract position. You can work as many hours as you choose up to 40, but there is a minimum number of hours per week depending on the time of the year. No overtime. During tax season, at least 14 hours are required Saturday through Monday. The rest of the year it's Monday through Friday only.
