Customer Service Agent:

We're hiring Part-Time (28-38 hours per week), no experience required.  Earn while you learn - Free online training is provided! 

Job Description:  Answering incoming calls and/or managing chat and/or managing video chat for accounting software companies.  You will be fully trained to help the caller complete tasks using the software.  No math involved!  The work is super easy once you're trained, and best of all, you're working from home! 

You get to create your own schedule (after training) within the available hours.  All positions are part-time.  Starting pay is $10 an hour with the potential to earn extra through regularly offered incentives.  The training is online and lasts a few weeks, but the schedule is not as flexible as your work schedule, so please be sure that you can attend all of the training sessions before committing.  To be paid for training, you must achieve certification and begin work.  To receive certification you must attend all classes and score an average of 80% or higher. 

This is a W-2 Employee position, not a contract position.  You can work as many hours as you choose up to 38, but there is a minimum number of hours certain days of the week.  Example: Some positions may require you to work at least 4 hours every Monday and 4 hours every Friday.  Some positions may require 6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday. (This varies.) 

Openings for the following states only:  Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.  

Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or older
Positive Background Check
Headset and PC or Laptop Computer
Pleasant, empathetic, customer service skills
Up to date Windows 10 PC or Laptop (two monitors is best)
Quiet, comfortable workspace free from pets and family while on the clock
Fast, secure internet (not Satellite, Microwave, Cellular, or Hotspot Internet)
To be paid for training certification must be achieved (80% or higher).  If you miss any class time you can not be hired.
