Be sure that you qualify before applying.
Are you able to hard-wire your computer to the router while working? Do you understand that this means an ethernet cable is connected from your computer to your router? Once wired, is your upload speed at least 3 mbps and download speed 10 mbps or higher? Do you have a Windows 10 Computer? (Tablets and IPads are not computers) Is your computer updated with the most recent OS patches (last 15 days)? Do you have anti-malware installed? Free versions are fine but need to be updated (last 15 days). Does your computer have at least 8GB RAM? Does your computer have at least 3 USB (type A) Ports? Does your computer have an i5 or i7 processor? CPU must be Intel i class or better, or AMD APU class or better, clocked at dual-core 1.4 GHz or higher. No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, or Opteron Processors.
Do you have the Chrome Internet Browser installed? Do you have a wired or wireless headset? Did your headset say “noise-canceling” on the box? Do you have two monitors? Do you have a quiet office space where family or pets cannot be heard in the background? If you cannot answer yes to all of these questions you may not be able to service any of the clients that we serve.
